Stunning location and beautiful Gardens
The Lervily Lighthouse lies in 5,000 sqm of beautiful walled gardens surrounded by the wild pink heather and yellow gorse of the Breton Moors. The whole surrounding area has been listed as an area of natural beauty and ecological importance (Natura 2000) and is also protected by the Conservatoire du Littoral.
White Sandy Beaches next door
Come and relax on some of Brittany most beautiful white sand beaches Audierne beach (Plage de Trescadec) is a short 5 mns walk from the lighthouse along the coastal path. It is a pristine sheltered and protected beach with lifeguards in the summer months. The local sailing club is based here. Ideal for children. St Tugen Beach (Plage du Trez) is a beautiful wild beach 30 mns walk away along the coastal path (or a short drive/bike ride). Set among wild protected sand dunes, it has stunning turquoise sea in the summer. This is probably our favourite beach of Cap Sizun. It is a great surf spot and can have great waves as well as a rip current. Lifeguards in the summer months.
Beautiful and Rugged Coastline
Come and explore Cap Sizun spectacular coastline. Walk from the world famous Pointe du Raz to the Pointe de Van, explore the kooks and crannies, the little coves, secluded beach of this spectacular coastline. Take the boat and explore Ile de Sein
Surfs Up! Welcome to Pointe Lervily
Two of the best surfing and windsurfing large wave spots in France just outside the door. On large winter swells some of the best windsurfer in the world come over to surf waves which can exceed 6 meters. Experts only. Plenty of other spots for all abilities all along the coast of the Cap Sizun
WHERE TO FIND US
The Lervily lighthouse is located at the extreme tip of Brittany in the Finistère department or "End of the World". It is about 40 mns drive from Quimper.
